CLASSROOM:


* Please review the Rental Rates and Frequently Asked Questions.

* There is a minimum $75 refundable security deposit on each rental. This takes approximately 4-6 weeks after the event to be processed.
* The full day rental is available from 8AM until 10PM. The Classroom also offers the option of a 4 hour rental.
* If you would like to serve alcohol, there is an additional $75 fee and a Certificate of Insurance evidencing liability coverage and endorsed to include the Macungie Institute, the Borough of Macungie, their trustees, officers, agents and employees is required two weeks prior to the event. 
* AV (projector and speakers) rental is available for an additional $55.
* The Classroom has nine 6' rectangular tables, five 5' rectangular tables, and 40 chairs.
* The room size is 22'x30'.

* There is access to a utility sink in the hall supply closet.
* We supply all cleaning supplies and trash bags. We ask that you return the room to the configuration posted, sweep the floors, wipe down the tables, tie trash bags, place them in the outdoor containers and replace the bags.

* You are welcome to bring your own food or use a caterer of your choice.
* Please remember that glitter, confetti and open flames are not permitted in the building.
* Nothing should be affixed to the walls or doorways. Tape, glue dots, tacks, command strips are prohibited.
* You will need to make arrangements to pick up a front door key on Tuesday or Thursday, between 9am and 1 pm the week of the event.


CONFERENCE ROOM:

AUDITORIUM:

* The Auditorium has ten 8' rectangular tables (96"x29"), eight 4' round tables and 65 chairs. 
* The room size is: 24'x36'.
* There is a kitchen area which offers a sink, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwaves. There is not a stove or an oven available. The kitchen area is not intended for any type of cooking.  The use of deep fryers, grills, countertop burners, ovens, griddles or other cooking devices are prohibited. We supply all cleaning supplies and trash bags. We ask that you return the room to the configuration posted, sweep the floors, mop any spills, wipe down the tables, empty the refrigerator, wipe down the counters and sink, tie trash bags, place them in the outdoor containers and replace the bags.
